How to Edit and Create Articles on the Wiki

Thanks for pointing this out. The user who did this has now been blocked, and the changes have been reverted.
I went to the Beyblade Parts List article and found this:
Thermal Lacerta
Clear Wheel: Lacerta
Metal Wheel: Thermal
Track: Wing Attacker
Bottom: Hole Flat

Can someone edit this so the height of the track can be shown?

So after editing, it will be like this:
Thermal Lacerta
Clear Wheel: Lacerta
Metal Wheel: Thermal
Track: Wing Attacker 130
Bottom: Hole Flat
You can make edits yourself; just use the same username and password. :]

Done, anyway.

I know.
I'm just trying to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid to the Beywiki. Wink

Even if you do, it can be undone, so do not hesitate.

Okay. Wink
I have edited grammatical errors, syntax errors and poorly worded passages in the wiki. Of those, I've searched every single article for it's and its errors and have found over 100 and corrected them.
Hahahahaha.

Thank you; we don't seem to be so good at those. :3
Should I edit all abbreviations to full words where appropriate? Should also standardise all "All Bladers must own x" in the overall section?

Thanks! Gasp

you can probably blame a lot of the "it's/its" errors on me hahaha, especially on my older articles

I'm not sure I know what you mean, do you have any examples?

As for your section question, yes, we should. It should either be "Every blader should own multiples of this Beyblade" or "Every Blader should own at least one of this Beyblade".

Wow. Where did you get the time, and patience to do all this Tongue_out_wink

Just added Mercury Anubis, Infinity Libra, and Bakushin Susanoo to the Beyblade Parts List, btw.

DJ - Shock! Wow Bladestorm, that's just awesome...
I edited the Clay Aries ED145B (Other versions) section by adding the new black Rock Aries to the list.

I see, sorry about that.
Can someone create a poison serpant, burn phoenix and storm capricorn article? If this is the wrong place to ask please correct me.
Never mind. I read earlier posts and I can't delete this so forget I wrote anything.
Should there be more testing with R145 before making a draft on it?

Yes, there should definitely be more testing before writing an article about it.
Hm, is it okay if the pictures taken for Beywiki articles show the Beyblade in non-mint condition?

Mint is preferred, but as long as the pictures themselves are still Beywiki quality, non-mint condition photos are better than no photos!
Hah, okay. Just making sure.
It's entirely fine, I'm sure. Take a closer look:

hello. i am new here. i dont know if this is the correct place to post this, so i apologize if this is in the wrong place. (i am not familiar with this forum, so i dont know how to start my own thread)

on your beywiki, which is far better than the actual beyblade wikis from wikipedia, i noticed that the plastic tops list page is missing a few beyblades. to name a few, auto change balancer, draciel F, several beys from the V and V2 series...i could go on... My point is, since noobies arent allowed to do anything on your wiki, i was hoping someone could do something about all those missing beys

If any of you need to contact me elsewhere, I am an admin at http://www.zoids.wikia.com and i belong to the zoids forum known as http://www.zoidspoison.com

Just look for Leon35! =)

There needs to be somebody who writes those articles within the community. And since those Beyblades are all quite outdated, Metal Fight Beyblades will get more attention.

The Beyblade Product List does actually have all of the Beyblades released ...

As for the articles, they've yet to be written, because they are not as high up on our priorities list.
wow thanks. its a great list!

while we are here, how do you earn the right to edit articles on the beywiki? trust me, unlike your past encounters, i ask before i edit. i have to deal with carp to, i am an admin on the zoids wiki, so i know how you guys must feel. sometimes i feel like i dont want anyone to edit the articles, alot of guys can be a pain in the butt, however that is a restriction of freedom, in my opinion. To each his own, i guess. I must assume that you guys were pushed waaay over the edge to block edits except for sysops. its brutal work sometimes, running a great info site like this.
