No it won't. Plastic weights are basically useless, so fusing them with the Base is better. Diabolos would be a regular chip since the weight will be fused with Erase and Venom. And Spryzen has a low chance of being released in Rise because it is now a non-anime Bey like Guardian Kerbeus and Galaxy Zeus. And if they do release Spryzen in Rise, they'll just do the exact same thing as the other chips and have the blue bit molded onto the Spryzen chip and the part that make up the spin direction mechanism will be flat since the middle bit is not needed to keep the mechanism in place.

Actually, the leak pictures of the products that Zankey shown on his last Rise update video already disproves this Ashura as an actual Rise Bey. All of Bushin's blades are painted gold while the actual Rise version only has gold paint on three of the six blades. Even when so blurry you can see how many blades on the Base are painted versus this fake photo.
