Hasbro Beyblade Burst - Upcoming Release & Rumor Thread

Dude, have you not read any of the posts in this thread at all? Because we don't even have a confirmed release date, and a few posts before this one Zankye even showed some info in which he says some of the names can still be opposed (with some deadlines in September), meaning they can't release the product until the deadline is reached.
Huh, just read Zankye's post this means they probably won't be coming till September
Makes sense. Didn't want to believe it would be a later release date of 2016 but all signs point to it being so, especially their lack of updates on social media and their own websites. Don't think they'd just release a new series of beyblades out without even the slightest bit of marketing and updates on their own websites. Yeah, I kind of felt like we were looking at a fall release date with that and now trademarking names. No worries though!

Also Hasbro removed "August" from the article most likely because they may have to release it later IIRC

See that's what I thought. I wasn't sure if there was some common practice of putting to market a product when they only have opposition to go through but the Beyblade Burst trademark doesn't look like it's complete either so I don't know how far they'd go to push the toyline when they only have a couple names with completed trademark registrations.
In a way, if this is released way later than expect (EG: By the holiday season), America may have a release near the international release or delay the international release, what do you think?
^ We don't know when that release would actually be either, so impossible to say.
In terms of the North American release of Burst from personal experience ever since the metal saga we usually got the first wave of tops in mid to late August or early September so I think burst might be out during the fall with the winter holiday season being the latest
i dont know if this was asked earlier, but who are Phantazus,Ifritor, and Anubion
also judging by there name Ifritor and Anubion are Ifrit and Anubis, dont know about Phantazus though

^ No, it would be a new name. I'm guessing Phantasm or something similar.

That's funny, because I got the first wave of mfb mid-July.
The Google Play Store App is out! BEYBLADE BURST app is the name. There's a typo in the name choices where it says Magificent instead of Magnificent.

I'm watching BBG's video of the app. Did anyone notice that the circle in the center of some of the layer cores seem to be filled in?
This was bugging me the other day: If the names for some of the names aren't fully trademarked yet, why is the app publicly available for android already?

Well, I guess they can release an update and "correct" the names as soon as they have all trademarked, and if any change is made.

You can use a name before a trademark is approved. If they feel confident there won't be issues, I don't think it would stop them from launching everything.

Does that mean they could possibly release the toys without the copyright? hmmm
Trademark and copyright aren't the same thing, and you don't need to trademark a name to use it.
I wonder, with single layers in the game, will they be released?
My thoughts of what Hasbro will do with single layers is to release them later in 2017, saying that they were "exclusive" to Japan, similar to them selling hybrid wheel version of the pre hybrid wheel metal fight beyblades.
