No really Neo~; can you please elaborate on why you don't like the original SAO? It makes it look kinda dumb if you don't.

Ahem. Let me give the watered down version.

Karrot Top (What's a Kirito?) is an awful character. He is some sort of chick-magnet even though he's really kind of a nerd. But because he's the main character? Yup he is lived by EVERYONE. Even the damn villain; like wow. He also wins EVERY fight. I get that he's a skilled video game player; AND a Beta Tester, but he's extremely OP for his own right. Wouldn't it make more sense if he actually faced death, but then didn't die becoming a great player because of training? Nope. Main character. Gotta be soopah OP forever. And then they promote semi-incest in the show. Beautiful.
Asuna, or as I call her Assuna.
2nd episode. Pretty damn cool and amazing. Fights epically.
Shows up later-> turned into a token girl. And then people make body pillows. And Google images isn't safe.
And now she can't fight. At all. Seriously. She sucks at it. Karrot Top should have been moderately strong and SHE should have been strong. Oh. Then she gets thrown into a hentai in the second season. Because fan; I mean Creeper Service. And she gets molested. That's nice. When writers can't make a strong female character; just make her sexy and you too, can make profit.
As if that wasn't enough, let's just add ANOTHER pair of boobs- I mean Leaf-ahhhhhhh.
Because adding A to the end of your element is so cool. Karrot Top's irl sister. Jeez. Incest promotion and fan service. Sorta. Sister as in the fact that they grew up like so. Not friends. Still wrong. Okay, I'll give her some cred. At LEAST she isn't Assuna. She can put up a fight....but Episode 1 of that saga told us otherwise. I wish that she was more experienced then that, but alas, she was kind of a dumb blonde. Or black hair? I don't know.
The animation is good...and the themes are too. But nothing outstanding, like Angel Beats!, and the story is just a wreck.
GCO: Actually I believe Karrot Top's avatar is male but looks female? Transgender support? That's pretty cool actually! Maybe it won't be half bad after all!
As long as Karrot Top isn't OP with a gun soopah fast. Seriously. Why a beam sabre? Because THERE HAS TOOOO BEEE A SWARD GUIS LOK DIS IS LIEK SAO BUT WITH SUM GUUNS BUY OUR STUFF HEHE
I actually imagine that's how the writer communicate with fans.

Is it me or does Death Gun look like Darth from Star Wars?

The first episode seemed okay. I think it was more of an introduction (like every Anime does). Basically, Kirito's gonna go play in GGO it's obvious. I also see they've tried to create a mystery for this with Death Gun and his bullets. Happy to hear the still want Yui! The girl with blue hair at the end... I wonder if her bullets kill people?

A MMO that gives you real money for virtual! I'd play any day. Kirito wanted some money... did you see his face, hah

If Asuna doesn't play, it will probably make up for Kirito being a girl.

Oh man I wish I could watch this right now but alas I'm stuck in the car and won't be able to watch it until around 8pm.

The episode was a little slow, but like others said, I think it's just setting the stage for the plot. I definitely miss the immediate action that the first season had, but the plot so far is awesome & Kirito & Asuna are cute.

Well this season started off somewhat slow, but it will probably heat up within the next few episodes. Although it started off slow I like the atmosphere that it showed us of GGO. It appears that it will make an interesting season. Plus I like mystery and the whole Death Gun situation seems pretty interesting. I can't wait for the next episode! Also I really need to read the Light novel sometime.

I was expecting the first episode to be a bit slow paced, since this is Kirito's first official break from MMOs (in the anime). But anyway, there's an interesting set up so far and it's too early for me to give my opinion on an anime based on the first episode. I usually don't know how I feel until the 3rd or 4th episode.

Hm... it was okay. I suppose it's still to early to give a full opinion on it at the moment.

Pretty much, it was about Shinon. Not much info on her yet, but still, i like her. I loved the action halfway through! She's so awesome! Damn, she's so brave and I've said to much about her, hah. I guess they should of went with her feelings, though. Would of saved them the hassle of getting killed by the Minigun, hah. Nice to see they haven't forgotten about the other characters. Next episode we should see some Kirito... hopefully... WHERE ARE YOU! I MISS YOU! KIRITOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
