So after the latest Sydney tournament I was upset about not placing so I experimented for a bit to see if I could find a combo that would work well in our meta. I used gravity due to is versatility , and though EDS would give it that extra push it needs to OS things like EWD/WD. I then needed to think of a track and what could be better then BD145 , it helps if I am against LTSC or against another BD145. I figured this would be better with a Metal Face but I don't have a second one. Anyway enough explaining now for some results.

Gravity wins 14 ( All OS)
Basalt wins : 6 (1 KO , 5OS)

Gravity Perseus BD145EDS (Left Spin , Weak Launching ) Vs MF-H Beat Lynx R145RF
Standard Procedure
Gravity wins : 7 (1KO , 6OS)
Beat wins 13 (All KO)
Beats ability to KO at low rotations really caused some trouble.

Gravity Perseus BD145EDS (Right spin , Weak Launching ) Vs MF-H L Drago Destroy BD145RF
Standard Procedure
Gravity wins 12 ( All OS)
LDD wins 8 (All KO)
Even though there was two BD145's there was lots of metal on metal contact.

I was surprised to see this but scythe and gravity would just have a big collision and then Gravity would end up out of the stadium.

Counters
Every good combo has counters right? So far I have only be able to find the following
Earth Bull 100WD takes out this combo , it always gets a last second spin on it.
MF VariAres R145/CH120RF
So guys any tests will be appreciated and I am happy to do requests (Although it won't be done immediately ) I have every staple part up to Scythe Kronos (Besides CH120)

Hmm, other than BD145 all I can think of would be possibly R145? I don't have it so I have no idea how much recoil it has.

Other than that, I don't really have requests because I like the tests you did!

Edit: oh, do you think the stamina version of Perseus would be better?

Yeah it would be as well as a Metal Face , but I don't have any of those parts so this is what I came up with.

R145 would be in no way recommended for a stamina-oriented combination. Gravity would be the perfect size for this kind of thing: not a lot of movement meaning not too much recoil from Gravity+ its the same size as BD145 almost + dual spin.
Also, BD145 vs. BD145 is pointless, come on. LDD CH120RF.

hmmm when i get my scythe and phantom, will test i always liked Gravity+BD145 w/ STamina-Attack hybrid tips like CS< HF/S, MF, ans EDS(sometimes goes crazy here in indo)

Dan I will test with D125 later on , I had my BD145 out so I though tests would be fine , anyway there was more metal contact then plastic.

@ ® I don't have VariAres but stamina isn't meant to do good against attack anyway. There is also the fact that it is duel spin.

Eh, try it against sytche kronos TH170WD (195) no bey i have can outspin that.

Please Test against MF-H Hell Aquario BD145(boost mode0EWD. The reason is because i bielive this combo has potential for it stamina and defense

Can I use the attack version? It's cause all of my defence perseus clear wheels are broken.

This thread is about 1 year old, why would you revive it? Anyways IIRC all Perseus CW's perform exactly the same.

Actually, no. Perseus Attack CW is preferred for the Gravity attack combos. Stamina CW is probably better for this combo, then Defense and then Attack. Attack will suffer higher amounts of recoil at each contact point on Gravity, so be wary of that especially when using EDS.

You can, since Perseus is always better than VariAres in this situation, but it would be wise to obtain another Defense CW or even a Stamina CW.
