Getting a lubricated launcher.
Applying foreign substances to launchers i'm sure is against the rules.
Thanks alot Giga and to Dreamborn
he posted b4 u added that bit
O Ya I guess I forgot to add That No offence Dreamborn.
None taken, However why make a thread about enhancing something if it's illegal to do so? Since we're on the rules topic, does anyone know where I can find a rules/guidelines for the WBO?
You get the rules for WBO by going to World Battle System and clicking on Rules at the top right of the chart/list of bladers.

Thanks for the info .
And yeah, anything goes for an 'unofficial' battle so long as your opponent doesnt mind, but messing with launchers is something best to be avoided, especially if you forget that you've messed with it and take it to an official match, then you're in trouble if people notice the difference.
Ya I tried that with a launcher but I Put a Mark on it so I know the difference.
Um
As far as I always knew, lubricating a shooter isn't against the rules. What are you talking about?
According to the rulebook, it's legal. I lubricate my shooters.

Even if you has perfectly straighten Winder, There is some friction between your Winder and Shooter. With oiling your Shooter, this friction can be minimum. Please check these pics to know oiling point. I suggest you to use silicon oil (never use silicon greace !) for this purpose. Also, you should oil metal shaft of white plastic cog wheel. Thx 4 the xtra info Crimson.
Legal Modification
While almost all modifications are considered illegal, there are some modifications you may
use that are considered legal.
• Painting or clear-coating parts for aesthetic reasons. The coat must be light, non-textured
and not affect the Beyblade's performance.
• Modifying Launcher Grips or Launchers in a way that does not affect their function or
performance in any way.
• Many Dual Shooters have a manufacturing fault which prevents them from grasping the
Bit Protector firmly. To rectify this, you are allowed to use the following modification:
Unscrew the assembly on the bottom of the launcher to get the black prongs. Warm the
plastic with hot water, to soften it, then it can be adjusted i.e. pinched. To make it
permanent run under cold water, which will set the plastic again.
• Coating the inside of a Launcher with a lubricant.
• Straightening Winders.
