Can someone explain Swiss format please
(Jun. 12, 2022  11:51 PM)The dark knight Wrote: Can someone explain Swiss format please

"A Swiss-system tournament is a non-eliminating tournament format that features a fixed number of rounds of competition, but considerably fewer than for a round-robin tournament; thus each competitor (team or individual) does not play all the other competitors." is the Bing Search Explanation of it but basically its a Non-Eliminating Tournament where you face off with other Bladers for a certain amount of Rounds, for an example lets say its 5 Rounds. After the 5 Rounds are over, the 8 People with the most points go to the Finals which is an Eliminating Tournament now that goes up to 5 Points and you can switch between 3 Beys. After the 6th Round (One of the Final Matches) is over then you go to the Semi-Finals with 4 People and if you lose well, you lose and you're eliminated. You'll also probably have a battle for Third Place for the 2 Semi-Final Losers. And then there are the Actual Finals where the 2 Bladers battle and decide the winner. This I'm pretty sure is Swiss in a nutshell but if I'm wrong about any of this then please correct me. I hope you all have fun at the Tournament!
