Will need to. Last time I was at the doctor, he just made a brief statement about it but that was a while ago.

If it's chronic pain, I'd still advise you to see a doctor and they'd probably recommend you to a chiropractor if needed. How long has this been happening for? Also, are you doing sit ups still?

Just recently. Also, doing situps and bicycle kicks (even before this back thing got worse, static holds hurt my back a little [probably need a mat or something]). Couldn't have worked out so much during the last semester of school do to having the need to raise grades, but since I'm on my summer vacation I have plenty of time.
Tortilla chips is a step up from potato chips I guess. Are you working out at all?

I wouldn't take protein before you sleep. It probably helps with muscle recovery, but it usually gives you some energy after taking it. What kind of oil are you talking about?
3 weeks ago I bought a month pass to the gym, and prior to last weekend, I had only gone twice.

My plan is to go 8 times in 11 days so I can get the moneys worth.
I went on Friday and ran for 70 minutes. After that I was pretty exhausted so I went to stretch but decided to do some situps too. I ended up doing 150 sit ups and man, they completely killed. If you want to get a really good burn in your abs, jog before you do any exercise involving them.

I also tried pushups and those pulled on my abs after about 40 of them, it felt really good in that painful way.
tyler: How much is the membership? And are you lifting there at least? Just trying to make sure you aren't throwing away money on the membership since most are pricey.

@t3haxle: You're aiming to be lean? I'm not sure what exercises are in them, but I'm sure they'd help you. I'm guessing the videos consist of HIIT exercises or cardio, so they wouldn't be bad really.

Also, I wouldn't go for oil. I've heard of it for consumption, but it might be to make you bigger/bulk up.
I assume you want to be big like with muscle right? It'd be easier to just start lifting weight right now and continue eating in whatever way you're eating. You'll definitely get toner and lose weight this way.

Lol its cheap, no worries. The month pass is the same amount as a 10 visit pass, so I was aiming to go more then ten times. I usually do cardio but if I'm too sore I'll lift weights the whole time.
Update: I've started taking a multivitamin to curb my appetite and walking a bit. I've lost about ten pounds so far. I'm going to try for about twenty more before I start weightlifting.
Shoot...

I have no idea how, but I effed up my jaw pretty badly and it hurts just to open my mouth for anything.
While working out? Definitely go see a doctor. You shouldn't throw stones if you live in a glass house, but if you've got a glass jaw you better watch your mouth.
Apparently my doctor says I have a dangerously low blood sugar level, so she gave me one of those needle things that diabetics use to check their insulin level o_o
I've lost almost four pants sizes in the past year or so primarily because I've cut processed foods out of my diet, specifically high fructose corn syrup, which is present in most consumer goods and sodas. The stuff actually suppresses the feeling of being full. It also produces some kind of chemical resistance in your body that leads to obesity, but I don't have the details right now.
So apparently, I weigh 166 lbs instead of 160 and I shrank from 6'0 to 5'11 =/
well...im bout 5"11 and im like 16 st and tried to lose it but nothin works, any tips anyone?

daily exercise and eating right might fix that problem
Just posting to post that I lost 4lbs of probably both muscle and fat from my vacation. I'll be focusing on strength conditioning since I'm guessing I lost most of my summer gains haha. Hopefully this works better for me.

Did brad tell you that Suzie broke into his bag and ate all the remaining ones?
Just wanted to share this with you guys:

Cheezy music and commentary aside, this works for me when I focus on my abs. The first time I did it, I felt so sore afterwards (even 3 or so days after), but it felt great.

Plus, the mix of exercises keeps me interested as doing a shitload of situps bored me to the point that I didn't want to do them. Most of the time I don't go in the order like the video, and now I'm extending the time of each exercise in the video by x2 or x1.5.
