Nobody knows, actually. Hasbro never specifically says when they release stuff, but I'll guess sometime during Summer.

Honestly, I really don't like that green and don't really prefer either Rex colour.
Still, it's a second way to get the "Genocide" wheel so it might actually show up in stores. That's good enough for me :).
