The picture says enough.

And I weighed Forbidden - with my not so accurate scale (DX) and I got 25g. So it's aprox. 25g. I also forgot to tell you, L-Drago Destructor LW105LF (All-Built together) weighs: 37g. LIGHT D:

I wanna say less then half. Including me Grin
Noooo, Destructor has rubber? Darn it, I was really looking forward to an all-plastic alternative on my LDG!

How soft is the rubber? People mentioned it might be softer than TT's offerings, can you tell?

EDIT: Wait, Forbidden is only 25 grams? Wouldn't that make it the lightest metal wheel?

Why? I hate losing to arguments

There is no rubber...
Tris is really confusing me
Can anyone who owns this bey make a clear post about the rubber
It is present or not
Ok, to make this COMPLETELY CLEAR, L-Drago Destructor DOES in fact contain ruber on its core. Just like TT's, just Blue.
I'm honestly starting to think they released it both with and without rubber in two separate batches from the amount of conflicting information we're getting...

It actually took me a while to figure out that Destructor had rubber on it. The rubber is as hard as that fail Hasbro Launchergrip Rubber Tongue_out When I banged one of the "heads" (On L-Drago III) on the table and compared it with banging another plastic and it sounded the same. Then I banged another head (which is rubber) and it sounded softer.

I haz the Canadian Ver. Maybe they did make different batches.

Weighing the parts of L-Drago Destructor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YaI0Pw9jK...6Se_c-u7pA

Forgot to mention: I also saw Beyblade Metal Fury Nightmare Rex, Spiral Fox (The TR looks so cool!), Cosmic Pegasus, and Vulcan Horuseus (With Black Vulcan :3)

Perhaps the hard rubber they used has lead to confusion? If so, maybe it'll still be slightly better than LDD. However, if it has rubber at all, that's more than enough to prevent me buying it unless it ends up somehow being competitive, just because I really don't want to give my money to Hasbro given what they've done with LDD, as meaningless of an act as it is.

I'm absolutely stunned though, that despite their use of rubber, they didn't bother to actually colour it to match the Anime or the takara product. That says all sorts of horrible things to me about future releases from Hasbro...
For those of you complaining about the lighter parts, should we really even be surprised? Many of these parts are new molds entirely, based off of an existing mold. Remember the Legends Metal Wheels? They were merely recreations designed to look like an existing part, not preform like them. Naturally, they would be lighter in nature. There is nothing else we should have anticipated

So...beywheelz are comatiable with Spiral and Cyclone but that is it? I am a bit confused. Could you re-explain what works with what?

I think I explained it before. There is a rubber "Track" which is compatible with official Beyblade parts and which covers the Metal Wheel so that it is safe to play in the Destroyer Dome Set and in the obstacle arena. However, there are also parts that can only be used together, that are really part of the BeyWheelz series.

Thanks Kai-V

Now unless I am completely out of the loop here, why is Hasbro calling the "Energy Ring" Destructor, and the "Fusion Wheel" L-Drago III? Shouldn't it be the other way around?
Well, not really if you look at LDrago Destroy and LDrago Guardian, though they really shouldn't be splitting the part up like that at all.
Good Lord...
That face is Loooong!

Holy mother of God.
That's the lightest Metal Wheel to date.
As if the damn thing wasn't bad enough!

I can guarantee you a bunch of them look at the stars.
OMG OAISJDOAISJASD 9 FREAKING STARS IN ATTACK

Wow...
Beywheelz look...
Ew. I don't like them anymore.
I know I am saying total rubbish but just a thought came into my mind
think why hasbro release light metal wheels
And release of beywheelz at the same time which have very long face bolts

this might happen that we can use 2 metal wheels together like synchrome in hasbro metal fury with those longer face bolts
(i know this will not happen and chances are totally negligible)

This sentence should have ended, in your head, with "so I won't post it."

My Forbidden Ionis Unboxing

You should really find my posts where I had pictures to compare both Fang and L Drago Destroy from TAKARA-TOMY and Hasbro. You should also look for the weights of L Drago Destructor which were posted recently ...

Yes, I've seen those. But I'm not talking about L-Drago and Fang, I'm talking about Blitz and Jade...Chocked_2
Ionis is just ridiculous in that release, but still cool looking somewhat.
Liking that printed Ionis face, very clean looking.
Don't like the Ionis CW, too plain.
I like the ED145 too, silver color is pretty sharp.
Is that what FB is supposed to look like? Thought it was kind of different...

Dude, what the hell did they do to Forbidden. No wonder it's so damn light... There's hardly anything there.

The Beywheel looks ehh, but that launcher is beast!! Hasbro should have the regular Beys come with those, then they'll really be worth buying.
I'd buy a beywheelz just to see if i could make a beyblade with 2 metal wheels using that super long facebolt. lol that would be interesting.

I would buy a forbidden just for that metalic ed145 and the fb Grin I wished there was more to the metal wheel though.

Dont waste a wish on that. I would wish for a Metal Fury that wouldn't suck

My other 2 wishes would consist of talking to whoever is responsible for Metal Fury, and subsequently punching him/her/them in the face. I was very optimistic about Metal Fury only because I ignored the obvious fact that they would be like the Legend wheels, which they are...

If the Hasbro Meta thread goes completely dead, remind me to turn off the lights...I wont be suprised...
I just unboxed the Hasbro L Drago Destructor... and the rubber on LDD is incredibly soft... I mean its literally unbelievable... it is softer than the Hasbro L Drago II rubber... and the Hasbro LDD weghs exactly 38.40 grams (all built/all constructed) on my kitchen scale... I will do tests later.
