Still not convinced by basalt+ ewd (haven't had time to read), though given it's in hasbro stadiums, being ko'd isn't a real worry. Whatever, we should create as combo to exploit the stadiums and twist the tournaments tempo for the forces of good. Have the winner thank their poor, attack-unfair stadium design for victory, to make a statement they'll hear :p

amit93: What makes you think that Hasbro's Twisted will be heavier than Takara Tomy's Basalt? It has been confirmed that manufacture material differences have no real difference. Unless Hasbro decides to reinforce it, which is ridiculous considering Basalt has no breakage problem.

I based it on recent trends, the TT counterparts are slightly lighter than Hasbro releases, i never said it will be, but basing it on recent trends, which can give us a slight insight.

Recent trends? What are you basing your info on? It's long been an urban myth that had been disproved. Don't believe me? Check out th!nk's signature. The only thing that would be different would be reinforcing molds or fill wording line "Burn Wheel" on the Burn metal wheel. In which case, the weight would only be increase by less than a gram.

Yeah, it used to be the general idea, but it was based on one persons set of incorrect weighings, which Kai-V has asked to be removed from our weights document. There is no difference in part weight at all, unless there are mold differences.

Which is a damn relief for me, as I don't want to re-buy everything, hah.

Hero: Yeah, basically, especially if the winner states on film that they only won by exploiting the unfairness of the poorly designed stadiums Grin

Are you serious? I've been reading in places that hasbro metal wheels are slightly heavier than TT metal wheels. it's not by much though 0.5g-1.5g

As I said, turns out it was false information, it was all from 1 weigher, and their scale was out, and they only weighed hasbro parts, but as they were the first weigher, no one called bull until Arupaeo pointed it out recently. I'm trying to spread the word. There's no statistically significant difference between the weights of different brands parts, except in the case of a mold difference (I'd imagine Hasbro's Ray would be somewhat heavier than TT's).

So yeah, there is a minor difference in the case of a couple of wheels, but it's 1) tiny and 2) not that common.

I think it was testing that found their dark to be better though, so that's a mold difference (those spikes are closer together IIRC).

I'd doubt there'd be a mold difference on Basalt though, it's a solid wheel, even with the staircase)

Aww man... it doesnt matter, cause if im in a hasbro tournament i'd still go with my combination. I watched a hasbro video and there rule is, you have 3 different beys, your not allowed to use the same metal wheel (if not parts) for all 3 of them. Assuming the rules hold, i'd use a heavy combo (basalt aquario (GB145 or 230) EWD, Earth Bull and hasbro style attacker i guess, or another defence

Yeah, I'd stick to basalt and then stamina, if they release Hell Kerbecs, Hell Kerbecs BD145CS/WD will be great.
Honestly, their stadiums are so whack, the metagame will be rocked by the best basalt combo for the stadium, which I'm guessing will be 230, seeing as it does well against it's BD145 cousin, and is only really vulnerable to KO's, which, in Hasbro stadiums, won't happen. I'd have something prepared for whatever the final stadium is, too.

But I lol @ those rules. Pointless restrictions on a game which only make it less fun to play. Idiots.

Yes it does! Joyful_2 I'll be picking this one up for sure! XD I already have Storm Pegasus, but I could use another. I also already have Cyber Pegasis, but mine is the one that Sora has in the game. I kinda want the recolor since it looks like the Metal System version. And Galaxy Pegasis, well, I still need that one. Joyful_2

I doubt Hasbro would make an exclusive Legend L Drago, but... perhaps they could start releasing the Pre-HWS beys and have that in there instead of a legend... or just make Ldrago and have that, that could work.

I just want a beylauncher L ;_;
