General Hasbro BEYBLADE:Metal Fury/Shogun Steel/Beyblades Legends -FALL 2014 [HOBBY]

I just checked out the Beyblade Facebook page and saw that they were hosting a contest. One of the prizes in the prize bundle includes an original series Beyblade! O:

The one in the photo looks like a Dranzer V.
Yes, seriously I can almost confirm that there are Bakuten Shoot Beyblades involved in the Beyblade Shop ... Nelvana provided us with prizes for the GRAND BATTLE TOURNAMENT 2 and there was even an old HMS in it, Advance Striker if I remember correctly.

It was an advance striker. Arupaeo won it. And with as much as they have been talking about the old stuffnon the Facebook pagenid think they would do something with them.
Confirmedness confirmed?

Is it legal to be this excited? I've had reoccurring dreams of shops like this. :o

Advance Striker? Lucky.
Yeah, Plastics have to be somewhat involved aside from apparel.

If they had that Striker for a prize (which I saw when I got my AN pass) something must be in the works.
Well, that hidden countdown was "bullocks", as they say. It counted down until June 5th at 11:00 AM EST, which is now ten minutes ago.
Well this is awkward...
So should we still expect it to open at some point today? Hopefully they aren't majorly postponing it or anything.
Just a comment on it being related to Hasbro, the odds of it not being considering the fact that it's using a subdomain off of Hasbro's Beyblade website are extremely low

Actually, Beyblade.com is mostly owned and run by Nelvana. I think we misconceived just how much Nelvana is in control of.
Woah, and it's not just like run by Nelvana? If it's actually owned by them if someone can find the licensing arrangement between Takara and their US manufacturer we may realize that we've been barking up the wrong tree. Like, what if the entire time Hasbro was just the manufacturer and nelvana had the actual licensing rights.... I mean I'd never thought about it, but the d-rights logo which I'm pretty sure is owned by Nelvana is on the back of hasbro beys (just checked to confirm it).
What ? The d-rights logo is owned by d-rights, the company that actually draws the whole anime in Japan. It is a company independent from Nelvana completely.

I was gong to post the same, but got beaten http://www.d-rights.com/e_index.html
My bad, I guess I was mistaken on that matter
It's still not up, unfortunately.
I did say that they were aiming for today, not that it would absolutely definitely be today. That countdown timer wasn't published for a reason: because the site isn't ready yet. They had hoped for today but it simply wasn't possible. Most you can do is stay tuned for an official date soon and, if content on the site is hidden, it's been hidden for a reason.
They could have removed the countdown though. Also, personally, for me what is hidden always means to be discovered ...
I certainly hope this isn't another Bakugan Dimensions, waiting a good 3-6 months from the proposed and planned release day until it actually is up.

Or Pokemon Bank, haha. Hopefully though, this (or bank) won't be prematurely shut down.
Saw this on the survey I had to fill to redeem the coupon that The Beyblade Shop was advertising on their twitter.
The shop is without a doubt a product of Nelvana.
It doesn't seem to be up yet.
I wonder what the chances of Bakuten Shoot items being sold out immediately are /:?
If they do sell them, then they will probably be sold out quickly. Unhappy

Heh.
Any Dragoon is mine.
I want ALL of the Dragoons, ALL of them! Also Driger.
In that light, I have seriously been thinking about the prices they will put on those items to make sure the exclusivities will not run out of stock. I wonder how Nelvana/Hasbro will make them cost and if they can really value something at more than a hundred dollars ...

It HAS to be over $50.
Otherwise, they wouldn't make profit.
