PS Elements Doesn't Have The Pen Tool :\

GIMP? it has the pen tool, though annoying...

BattleLion: The pop-up ones are great, but the tags are either Stretched, Jumbled up, Messy, ETC.

Try to fix that. KIU!
Nothinx:- Should I sharpen them because when we stretch images we have it burly..
and Jumbled up I don't get it. Messy Yeah I used that as more attraction but you are write..
Thanks for CnC..
And Hope I improve them
BattleLion
You should try not to stretch the renders. If you hold shift and pull the corners in or out the image will be more precise, your render shouldn't get too blurry, I always sharpen it. Sometimes I don't. Just don't sharpen it to an extent where your render looks funny.

It still needs improvement. Try not to use too many renders. It cancels out the focal point. Try sticking to one.

Also try making your own backgrounds.
Smudging alot of times does a good job making backgrounds.
BattleLion HELL NO. Just keep the render as it is! If your having a hard time resizing the render, Press Shift then drag down/up the corners to fix the size.
For some reason everyone is changing their signatures/avatars to TWEWY characters (specifically Neku). LOL. But CnC current sig?
We even used the same renders XD

Anyways, The text is overwhelming than the render, which shouldn't be. Make the text smaller than the render. With that type of sig, try removing the White BG: it makes it nice. KIU!
I want the white border to blend in with the color of the post. Eh, I will have to make it a bit duller. And I will change the text. Thanks Tongue_out
Really not much, your just adding gradient maps to change the background ALL THE TIME. You're not going to improve with this. There is no blending or lighting, for blending erase your render with a soft brush not too much though. For lighting you can drag the gradient tool over your render with white-black color and set the blending mode to soft light, 15% opacity.

Edit: the text isn't that great, try downloading some fonts or use clipping masks to create an effect on the text.
I didn't put this before, did I?

I should have placed the render on the opposite side :\
Cnc this please?

I don't think the smudging on the render was needed, but yeah. Also, should I add a border?
NothinX How did you get that BG did you used motion blur.
EDIT- NaLi Yesh Motion Blue I forgot the spelling Tongue_out
Don't You Mean Motion Blur?
I am having the PHOTOSHOP. Would like to have some tips about it..

Err, The focal is covered with Smudged layers, distracting it. No flow is seen, and the color scheme is... Meh.
KIU!

Seems to have nice flow in both but they seem to be missing something important try adding c4d in the second one first one perfect KIU
No c4d is really needed. Looks fine to me other than the Smudging. A little much.
This is my 4th sig with GIMP 2.8. CnCs?

Sig:

V
It is absolutely too big. The size allowed for a sig is maximum 500x200 pixels.

For example, see my sig. That's the maximum length and 3/4 the maximum width.

You need to work on two things: Quality and Blending. The first Tag is OK, until you made it LQ. Whatever you did, reverse it/ Not do it too much. The smudge on the second ruins the render, don't do it. Use gradient maps to make Blending.

Text effects are still bad. try using Clipping masks. KIU!
Again, CnC on my sig please? Cute
Ickle: The smudge is nice, I quite like it. Lighting is a bit of a prob: use burn n' dodge to fix that.

EDIT: CnC?
