In my opinion, something needs to be done about goal-line handballs. Even if the offending player is sent off and a penalty is awarded, there is the chance that the player will miss the penalty, when clearly a goal should have stood.

Phil Neville did this a few years ago in a Merseyside derby against Liverpool. I would have been pretty annoyed if Kuyt's penalty was saved. Luckily, Dirk is a penalty beast.
