Because on the page it shows the times for everything and it goes to 0:00 and I think that means midnight, so am I right?

I dont know it might just mean that there is no confirmed time

Starts based on BR, then Challonge takes over after first round and goes by win and loss record within tournament.
Does anyone know when the charging up will be? Here it says 8th but on the premier website is says the 15th. Are either of those right?

The event still being reviewed. Once it is approved, we will know the exact date. Give us couple of days.
I will be more likely able to go on the 8th because 15th we might have bday plans for my sister.
I created a good combo that I'll test some against the pros when I get to the tournament, it beat rage and tempest on xtend+
