Define your method of lifting. Did you lift them for 10 seconds or full on Mike Tyson'd it and started doing reps lol.
How can you carry someone like that. It just seems impossible.

Yeah. It was tough. I got 5 bucks though.
My Bicep/Tricep peaks are finally getting back to their pre-corona size . I believe I posted the comparison pictures in one of the earlier pages in the thread. Might post an updated pic 🤷‍♂️
I have been running around in my house and punching a wall. If it doesn't count as exercising it is improving me.

Yeah I was the last one and I almost fell on 102
I normally just mix water, whatever spices that seem healthy, and cut-up vegetables.

It's quarantine. What did you expect?
Also sorry I should have specified more. I punch a wall to the point where my knuckles don't hurt, but it actually sounds like a real punch.

Just noticed that my forearms actually got kind of smaller as well. Tricep flex pic is the current stance.
I have grown muscle because of basketball training
I'm going to start building some of the obstacles for Spartan such as the Z wall, and 6 foot wall. Zeutron you should look into these races. Although if you are going to do one, you should start some endurance training.

That sounds pretty interesting, will look into them.
The only form of exercise I do nowadays is walk up long stairs in school, I used to pe but got taken up by another subject

That's the thing when I'm home I tend to be lazy it's just I love playing sports like hockey and basketball but fitness isn't my thing.
