As someone who has scoliosis you have to be careful doing back exercises but they have helped me along with yoga. Do pushups and rows. Those will help the best.
Oh yeah those help a lot too. Especially when I got into deadlifting.
I actually need to stay fit if I still want to play Soccer
As of now Im doing well to stay fit. But the problem I have is when I play I will slow down because my leg is in pain.

What part of your spine? Lower back, neck posture or upper back? I can definitely give you some advice for that.
Maybe I should stop playing soccer for now because I dont know if Im gonna injure myself more

You would be surprised how much you can do for your middle back without weights. If you do have weights or access to them, rows are the best exercise you can do for your middle back.(Dec. 07, 2020 1:25 AM)Zeutron Wrote: What part of your spine? It does it after a while
If it’s after a while instead of right away it usually means one of two things: Your quads haven’t been used for vigorous activity in a while and are getting used to running motion again or your quads are somewhat weak and will be fine if you continue or work them out more. I’m guessing it’s the first one. It’s also possible that you are experiencing a problem not directly related to fitness such as an injury or problem but pain and tension from those issues typically occur right away as opposed to after a while of play.
Just for anyone who works their pecs/chest out, what do you prefer? Bench press or Dumbbell press. I prefer dumbbell press as I feel more shoulder activation. I also find it more convenient during the current lockdown.

I would agree with you on that one, but I'd still like to get back to the bench soon. Haven't been there in a hot minute.

Yeah I’m telling you man I feel as if I’m starting to shrink. Take a look at these two pictures.

I’m trying to upload the other one but this one is me atm and the one I’m about to upload is me a couple months ago my peak has really shrunk 😞. Here it is:

It may be due to something else but I think it’s because lockdown has held me back.

I can see what you mean, except I haven't reached that level lol.
Ahh I’m not that big. So where have you been working out (if you have been doing anything fitness related lately) at home or outside of home?
Normally im all about muscle and cardio but I’d like to get back into flexibility training. It’s pretty darn painful though, so I don’t know how i’ll fare. Regardless, flexibility is always great in the long term so ima give it a go. I’ll start with leg flexibility since it’s relatively the easiest and I’ll probably do some hamstring/adductor/hip flexor stretch’s every other day. The thing I hate about flexibility is that nothing works in reps meaning I gotta time myself or count.
