LJ-Blader certainly got first place, but I can't decide if LegendJustice or Kiryu Kazuma , mostly because I can see both characters fit very well. So here's is the bracket:

1st place: LJ-Blader
2nd Place: Kiryu Kazuma
3rd Place: LegendJustice
(lol, that's basically the order of the submissions)

1st place character will appear soon, as for 2nd and 3rd, they will appear later on. Maybe as friends, maybe as enemies, only future will tell.

Nationality: American/Russian (he has the russian nationality from family)

Appearance: He has short dark red hair, brown eyes and bright skin (is that the term?). He wears a rainproof dark green and black jacket on top of a dark red a dark green T-shirt with bright red prison bars-like stamp, below it's written "Από πάντα", deep dark green pants and black high top shoes.

Personality/About him: He's merciless but kind, serious most of the time. He doesn't have much friends but likes attention (on some extent, obviously). Very chill dude, unless you cross his path. He can also act tough or "be a jerk" if this means not being left apart. He tries to trap people on their sentences, facts, strategies, etc. He likes when things go as they should go and is bothered otherwise. He also has very fast reaction time. He isn't racist and/or equivalent dumb things.

Relationships - Anna and Ashley Campbell: His best friends, they do a lot of stuff and are normally together. Unlike other people, he was very welcoming towards them. He even helped them create their own beys (and also get into beyblade I guess).
Sarah Relish and Kevin Drewitt: As seen on chapter 4 (I think), they don't go well. You would consider that he's a jerk but actually he does that to them for 1. Keep them out of his bubble and 2. he just doesn't like them really, neither him nor them we're very kind to each other since the first time.
Max Hill: He's fine with her. While Max may not like him very much, he doesn't seems to be bothered with it.

Bey: Banish Tartarus metal Zephyr' 12Axe-II

Even tho he's the antag, I tried to make him less evil and stuff. It's not like every antag is evil anyways

Pinkrose is correct, Lui wasn't an evil villain, it's just his style of Blading clashed with Valt and he was ruthless while Valt was a bit more careful (What am I talking about, this kid trips everywhere) I don't really know about Gwyn because HE wanted to break Dragon but wasn't really evil, Definition of Antagnost in Google
