Do you make your own backgrounds if yes how!?!?

Yes, i take one background image and i put some C4D over the background layer, i put these C4D in various tipes of image (overlay, soft light, etc) to obtain a desaired effect

I'm not good at explaining, because I do it without a specific procedure, just playing with photoshop tools
