How To Sign Up:
This event is marked as invite only because signup will work like this:
Reply to this thread with the following information:
- Team Name
- Team Leader's WBO username
- Other two team member's WBO usernames
-Alternate/Sub players WBO usernames
Your Team leader will be signed up to mark that your team has been entered (when I get the chance)
Rules:
All teams will be made up of 3 players, each with a 3on3 Deck constructed per the match type on the beyblade X rules. All 9 combos used by your 3 team members may not have repeating parts so choose wisely how you divey them up. Your combos will be recorded at sign-in and cannot be changed the rest of the event. You may choose what members have what combos in their decks and the order they are in the deck between matches, but they must stay the same combos as they were recorded at sign-in.
Match Process:
- Each team presents their decks to the judge, and the judge will check if all combos correspond with the provided list given at sign-in
- Each team then selects a player to battle first.
- Players present their starting deck order to the judge.
- Players then play a match of 3on3 per WBO rules to 4 points, Out-of-Bounds over finish is an active rule.
- After one of the players reaches 4 points, the set is over. Each team then selects another player to battle, this cannot be the same player that just battled.
- This continues until either team wins 2 sets. The team that wins will be recorded in the challonge bracket.
General Info:
This event has a cap of 24 teams set at invite only. Refer to the "How To Sign Up" section on signing up.
Location: Valley View Park, New Berlin, Wisconsin. We will be in the big field by Sunnyslope road.
Sign-In: Sign-in will start at 11:00am and will close at 11:55am. Your combos/decks will be recorded at sign-in on a postcard, you will present this to the judge at every match you participate in and it cannot be changed.
Prizing: No prizing is planned for this event at the time being, this is a fun little thing I wanted to try out with the Wisconsin community.
Banned Equipment: MN (Metal Needle) is banned from this event since it is known to cause significant stadium damage.
Event #2: There will be a ranked 3on3 Burst GT event directly after this one. Sign up here!
Equipment Available: We will be running this event on tables with 4 Takara Tomy stadiums. You're welcome to bring your own stadiums to practice with as well but please mark them so you know who it belongs to.
