Time:
The tournament itself will start at 12:00pm, so as a guide, aim to arrive for 11:30am. The Tube and public transport services are not very reliable, so plan your journey well in advance.

Please note that we cannot predict how long an event will be, as this varies based on the number of competitors and the ongoings throughout the day. In order to stay for the whole event, please be prepared to stick around for at least 2-3 hours.

Location:
Regent's Park. We shall be at the Bandstand as always. Please check this thread on the day for updates or like us on Facebook for any quick location updates.

Directions:
Here is a map of Regent's Park. Click on the tab labelled "Monuments, Fountains and Statues". Head to the area marked Bandstand. We suggest taking the London Underground or Bus to Baker Street.

Prizes:
We might have prizes. We might not. Who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hosts and Judges:
This tournament is being hosted by Ultra. If you have any queries about the event, feel free to PM us or post in the thread and we'll be happy to help!

Important Advice:
Despite being around friends and rivals, please remember we are in a public park. Bad behaviour and swearing will not be tolerated and will result in a ban from future events. Please keep your personal belongings with you or in a safe place while at the bandstand. If you see any personal items left around with no apparent owner, please hand it in to a judge, so we can return it to its rightful owner. Your cooperation is much appreciated.

Remember to turn up on time. If you arrive later than 12:10pm, your place will be forfeit and you will not be able to participate. If you know you'll be late, please let us know via PM or a post in-thread!

Spread the Word!
Are you as excited about the festivities as we are?! If so, be sure to tell your friends about it! And if you haven't already, follow us on Twitter and like us on Facebook!

A turnout of 24 people today! London keeps growing, and it's great to see everyone getting involved! Thanks to everyone for coming!

We've obviously got a lot to discuss about Spriggan Requiem soon as well. There was clearly a lot of interest in taking some action against it as it's reached mG levels of excessive usage. Shall get a thread up sooner or later to discuss perhaps a trial ban on the Layer.

And welcome back @[Manicben] as well! Was good to have you back bud!

Only slight concern was why was very young players going against players in 18+ saw that as but strange for obvious reasons. Apart from that great vibe from everyone will attend next time with my set of competitive beys. Expect some competition next tournament in London.

I was slightly concerned at beginning being I’m 24 and most players was yough children thought I had to be 13 but I soon saw older players which reassured me pretty quick
overall great atmosphere and a must if you enjoy Beyblades of any level.

See everyone again in a month
?

Thanks for coming along, and please do join in next time! Definitely worth joining in after all!

I understand the concerns about the age gap, but it's simply the WBO's policy and motto really; "All ages Beyblade!". We keep every age group in together to include everyone, and it's not really a huge issue. As was evident today was well, there are plenty of these kids that give even the older players a hard time with some of their combinations, including how unpredictable they can be.

I think the London community (and the WBO in general) handles this age gap pretty well really! The parents are pretty happy each time as well, and I even had a grandmother who was happy and joked about participating herself today (and I'm 100% holding her to that!) so I think there's a general approval of how things currently are!

Nah, no limit on 13+ either. Any age is fine! And yeah, as you saw, there were around 10 of us that were 18+ so I hope that reassures you in future! See you next time!

Yes it is, I look forward to the next one since I unfortunately wasn’t able to make this one

Also, is £96 for the full RBV10 set good?
No idea bud.

Be good if WBO hosted a indoor tournament in London, spice it up a bit with the location but I guess it’s ok.

Unfortunately indoor locations in London cost a lot even just for the day.

We have considered that before but Regent's Park fits what we need a lot better than most of the other outdoor venues.

If you lent yours to me, that’s my fault, a lot of bursts happened when I was using it, I must have grabbed the wrong one by accident,my apologies for this,
Just asking since I am going to be selling some stuff for next tournament, if I were to sell the limited edition Premium set for the cho Z beys, would anyone buy the limited edition winning Valkyrie and Zett Achilles for £30 each? Is anyone interested in them at all?

Thank you, @[Ultra]! I will take a look and let you know if we need anything else. Quick note at first glance however: on your Results sheet you divided each round by using a new row and putting "Round 1", "Round 2", etc in the Winners column. For future events, try putting that information beside each match in the Notes column. Having it throughout the sheet in the Winners column makes it difficult to pre-process because you can't easily select the entire Winners column followed by the entire Losers column all at once to paste them into our system.

I've fixed this issue (and issues with the Date column and some other incomplete information on the Results sheet) in my new copy of your spreadsheet so you can see: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...sp=sharing

EDIT: I noticed your sheet is missing the winning combinations and fee information for the participants. Can you please provide that ASAP?
