Does anyone know if the sharp tip in the middle of Archer Hercules' driver (Eternal) is capable of wearing down, I am wanting to not have to buy several copies, so this would be a great tidbit of info to be aware of.

Yes, it's capable of wearing down, but it takes quite a while for it to just start wearing down.

i got mine a week ago and i am very self-conscious about the wear down, as I am just now switching to tt and this is my first tt bey i want it to last a while, how long do you think it will last, what is the estimate time for its lasting condition
Idk too much about eternal wearing down but my guess it would take a little while to wear it down
also, what about free spin drivers i.e. Atomic, Orbit, Bearing
Yes it does wear down over time. However plastic doesn't wear down as easy as rubber.
Im pretty sure you cant wear down all the free spin drivers maybe except for Zone
so..... basically Eternal is more on the durable end of the spectrum as compared to drivers such as Xtreme, Xtreme', and Variable.
Are Drivers such as Orbit, Bearing, and, Atomic less susceptible to wear because the point of contact is not as focused and is constantly changing due to the rolling/free-spinning ball?
EDIT: Nvm answered above
what about drivers like Massive that use a perfectly round dome-shaped driver?
how long do you guys think it takes for the drivers mentioned above to wear down?

Massive will wear, yes, but would take forever.
Orbit and atomic are basically immune to wear due to their free spinning nature. The point of contact is always moving.
bearing takes a while and and many battles, but the output is a great meta LAD driver.
eternal is similar to low as in it gets less shaky and more stable as its worn.
unlike low however eternal doesnt suck "uranus" haHA beyblade puns
and Xtreme and Xtreme' have hard molds and soft molds.
Soft molds wear way easier which is bad
hard molds stay rigid longer and are recommended.
Variables whole gimmick is it's wear so its not entirely applicable here.

yes it does, for hasbro wears down quicker than tt
my massive driver has already worn down lol its an attack now
true, but the tabs surrounding said free-spinning ball wear down, and the driver no longer has the ability to use the knock out guards
that was not my question, the hasbro Eternal-S is not of question, ALL slingshock drivers wear down very easily

yes, the driver wears down,
I was just saying that eternal does not wear down as fast as eternal-s but seems you already know it
thanks anyway!
i think its because all slingshock drivers are made of cheap material

Hi man! I would advice the following combos, starting from Hasbro.
Hasbro:
-Valtryek V2/Triple/Xtreme (disc and performance tip from Odax O2)
-Spryzen S2/Knuckle/Zephyr (from Dread Hades)
-Anubion A2/Spread or Yell disc/Orbit or Yard-S performance tips
-Xcalius is great in its stock combo (Force disc and Xtreme performance tip)
-Turbo Achilles/5 disc and Expand frame/Variable performance tip (from Valtryek V2)
Takara Tomy:
-Archer Hercules or Hell Salamander/0 disc (from Hasbro's Emperor Forneus F4)/Eternal driver
I mainly focused on two formats: Classic and Limited, Jormuntor J2 is banned from classic. Like all Turbo layers (but not Turbo Achilles, who can be used in Limited) and Rise Layers for the same reason (being banned). For the standard format, the only good combo i came up with is pretty outclassed but i tried my best with the parts you got. Sorry if this won't be helpful. I hope it is!
