Has anyone used my training method like I said in my bio in my application when trained with my cousin these were the methods that got me better faster stronger than i was before in the beginning of 2009.

I have a similar training. I lay bottles on the carpet and try to knock them down. But I do like Team forbidden dragon/s. Oh guys please no one liners! I will be carpin furious if this thread is closed.
