I have discovered a new way. the yo yo. it works very well but aiming is a big problime. I do recomend this launch is priformed outdoors.

I actually swallow my beyblade. It's a great technique, but it definitely requires some preparation. I can't launch for a day or two, depending on my fibre intake.
