Conjutsu 2025 BeyBlade X Tournament


Bladers prepare for Conjutsu’s first Beyblade event in history! This 64-player extravaganza is a celebration of everything we love about BeyBlade! The fierce competition, community, and unforgettable memories we build together. Whether you’re a seasoned Blader, just starting out, or here to watch the action, there’s a little something for everybody.


Event Details:


Dates: August 9th-10th, 2025


Location: 4477 Aquia Creek Ln, VA 22030 in the Johnson Hall at George Mason University

Two Day Convention!

Day 1: August 9th | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

- Free Play Area to connect with other Bladers of the community and practice

- The start of our Beyblade auction 


Day 2: August 10th | 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

- 64-Player Conjutsu BeyBlade X Tournament! First Stage - 3 on 3 Match Format, Swiss, first to 4 points. Final Stage - The top 4 players from Swiss will play 3 on 3 Match Format, Double Elimination, first to 7 points.

- No part swaps are allowed during the tournament unless something breaks. If it does, you must replace it with the same part (different colors are acceptable).

- Combos must be registered at Check-In and written down to show judges during matches.

- Banned Part: Metal Needle Bit.

- Penalties: Swapping parts without permission will result in a Match Loss, and you must revert to your registered combo.
 - Showing up more than 5 minutes late to your match without prior notice will result in a Match Loss.

- Free Play Area to connect with other Bladers of the community and practice

- 64-Player Ranked Tournament

- Early-Bird Registration is $45.00.
- Regular Registration is $50.00.
- Late Registration is $60.00.
- On-Site Registration is $60.00.
- All tournament badges will include tax and a processing fee.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Want to be a part of what makes Conjutsu great? Conjutsu’s volunteer registration is open for Conjutsu 2025, which is August 9th-10th! You have to be at least 18 years old, and work a total of four (4) hours or more. The hours worked can be spilt into two days. All volunteers will receive the following perks: food provided, a weekend badge, up to two (2) Conjutsu staff shirts, and one (1) Conjutsu 2025 merch t-shirt, Conjutsu 2025 wallpaper for phones, and smart watches! You’ll be representing Conjutsu, so we ask that you act professional and respectful.
After submitting your registration we will send you a follow up email from ([email protected]) as soon as possible. Please make sure to check the spam inbox just in case the follow up email isn’t seen in your primary inbox. Volunteer registration is limited, so if you’re not accepted through the process this year we will contact you for the next year. Thank you for your interest, and your help is very appreciated! General Rules:

* All judge rulings are final (the Event Organizer checks all appeals).

*Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated any and all violators will be escorted out without a   refund with a ban from future events.

*Everyone attending Conjutsu must have on a badge at all times while in the event space (unless they’re infants).

*Make sure you eat and stay hydrated (please don’t eat or drink to close to consoles or arcade machines).

*Respect everyone’s space.

*No fighting.

*No stealing.

*No unwanted touching.

*No littering.

*No weapons are allowed.

*Please don’t leave your personal belongings unattended (the staff is not responsible for watching over your items).

*Please come with good hygiene.

*Please be respectful of the hotel and venue.

COIVD-19 precautions are suggested:

*Please keep your mask on at all times unless eating or drinking (will be provided if you don’t have one).

I agree that I assume the full risk, and Conjutsu cannot be held liable for any damages related to SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19. Finally, I assert that I have received consent from each other person I register via this service and that they also agree to these terms.
