The City's Divine Bloody Battles Part 2: The Epic ShowDown

These shall be the second most Divine, Bloody Battles this city has ever seen!! AGAIN!! This will be the return of some old champions and of course some new, but in the end, we're champions (even newbies)! Any blader who thinks he/she has what it takes to participate and win the tournament shall be allowed to enter.

I'm going to try to have a side tourney at the end of the main tourney. It costs $3 to enter. If you enter you get a free entry into the bey raffle. This will be a single elimination side tourney. First and second places gets to choose between a Limited Edition Takara Tomy Fang Leone Black Version and a Grand Cetus. Pm

Only Takara Tomy, SonoKong, and Hasbro brand beyblades are allowed. Beyblades will be checked before hand. Any blader caught bringing in any other brand name beyblade besides the ones above, will be asked to switch with one that is llegal otherwise he/she will disqualified.

The stadiums being used for the tournament will be the Attack Type Stadium. From time to time, I may also have the new ZeroG Attack Type Stadium out as well.

I'm looking for experienced judges who had judged at an official WBO tournament. I'm also looking for two extra people to help co-host. Plus if you have an attack stadium please bring one. The help and stadiums will be greatly appreciated.

I am in for the side tourney too
@Néar- I'm totally sorry about this. The only thing about people who want to sell will have to sell at the end. You may have a good chance since the person who reserved was a possible attendee. So if anything happens, just gotta use what you have.
The list has increased for the s.tourney. Now sparkmanlir321 and Nexusâ„¢ are in s.tourney. Remember, the s.tourney is $3 to enter. Even if you have Blader Pass you still must pay $3.

Ga'hooleone

If your name isn't up here there is a great chance you won't have a spot on the tournament bracket meaning you can't attend.
Good luck everyone!divineblader sparkman321lir is going to buy the light launcher 2 for me!
How about you make the tournament bracket tomorrow? It'd be a lot easier for everyone in general.

I finally managed to be able to go, I'll sell stuff after the tournament and I can help judge. I'd also like to reserve a Thief Phoenic. However, I can also guarantee that I will arrive around 1 PM or later, I'm tutoring someone up until 12 and it takes about 45 minutes to a hour to get to the city for me.

If you seriously won't let me go, that's just really stupid. For many people, the decision often quickly changes the day before (like me) or of the tournament. Making a tournament bracket now is being a bit reckless and unfair to many who finally can go.

Also, what about those random no-shows? Would you sub potential members who wish to come in their places?
Also you do know bladeralex3 is banned right also I kinda agree with ga hooleone and what would happen if a extra wbo member come or there is a no show but in the end it is your decision
Tournament brackets and everything definitely need to be done right at the moment of the event, not before. There is no way you can know for certain who will come and who will be absent, hence why I test you on your hosting knowledge beforehand to make sure that you are ready when there will be stress. If it was even possible to do brackets before the tournament, then yo, we would not leave that in anybody's hands and do it ourselves, that way we would be certain that almost everything is done right and all results could be processed, hah.

Also, just to be sure : what is the three-dollar entry fee for your side event for ?
yes i agree with kai-v what is the three dollar fee for ?
I'd rather have everything done the night before to avoid any extra problems. I just don't believe in "maybe" a day before going somewhere. Plus I remember putting down that if we get more than 80% before 1:15 we may start before then so if we do end up deciding to wait for more or get all of the ATTENDEES I don't feel that we should wait for mights or maybes. In the end, it's smarter and easier for me to know whether or not someone will be there.

Coach (WBO member) gave me advice on making my own side tourney and charging people to get into it. The charge pays for the prizes. This wasn't a free play tourney. I kind thought that was hard to miss.
Sorry but im confused when is the tourny tomorrow if so put me as a maybe and my little bro yassin187 as a maybe
@Ga'hooleone- I'd rather have a no show because can always mark them out wasn't a smart question. And the way your replying back is super rude. I'm not being rude personally to you I'm just trying to make things easier for me because I have to deal with 27 people for the first time. I understand that people's plans change easily, but things happen and I can't do anything to stop it. Listen the point is if you can get there by at least 1:25 then you can go. And by the way, don't go if you plan on being rude to me or to anyone else OK.
As long as you use Challonge.com as you should, then it should be no problem to enter all the names at the event itself, rather than before.
That's fine. I will just wait a few minutes for maybes if I get the confirmed attendees early if that's okay. And just in case challonge doesn't work I will try to have everything written down. I just prefer the maybes to be sure and confirmed that they will either go or don't go

I'm not normally this rude, it just seems this way because some of the stuff you ask (ex. needing permission to sell at a tournament.) for us to follow is opposite of anything I've ever seen before.

If you don't want me to be rude then don't be rude back when it doesn't apply to making things easier. You can't call something a stupid question if you didn't answer the whole thing, I asked that since there is an essential guarantee that no-shows will occur I was wondering if you would sub in the 'mights and maybes' that do show up in their place, since you said that they would most likely not be included in the tournament.

Believe me, I'm normally a very nice and polite person, others here have met me before. I won't be rude so long as nobody starts anything. I like being blunt because it drives a point home and hopefully others can take from what I said and learn. They often get angry, but it's most effective in teaching others what they did wrong or didn't notice. As you know, I purposely said 'Jesus Christ guys enough with the silly trash talk' so that people would stop spamming the thread before a mod got warning-happy.

Anyway, like I said, I'll be there a bit later, I can judge and I can sell some stuff too. I'd also like to reserve a Thief Phoenic if you don't mind. As for doing the brackets, I recommend bringing an iPad to do it at the tournament using a registration.
All I know is that I had asked people to sell stuff and was nearly turned down once. I don't know if you know, but sometimes sellers don't like it if other sellers sell on there turf or in this case, their event. I'm a seller so of course you probably should have asked before posting about selling. If I wasn't a seller then it would've been a different story.

Reason why I was rude back was because you put me on blast twice in my opinion and tried being nice, but it didn't work so I had to make sure you had gotten the message correctly. I don't really know how I'm being rude all I know is that the particular question you asked just wasn't smart. I had never said it was stupid, but obviously the point was that it didn't matter whether or not the "no shows" didn't go and they got their the main and most important part is that I wasn't going to wait for mights or maybes in the end nor was I gonna keep them on record for registration.

Honestly it doesn't really matter whether or not someones nice it's just that you have given me the impression that your not a great person. In the end, you only get one impression. That's it. Sometimes being blunt to a person could be especially bad if your going to meet the person in the future because you never know how that person may take it.

In a way I'm still getting the wrong vibe from you personally from the previous messages. Hopefully everything can go a lot better at the tourney.
Beychamp76- I was really hoping you can make it so try to make if you can.
If anyone has an extra string launche or an old one please bring it
Are you going?
Alright rise and shine everybody. Tourney time!!!!. I hope I can see you all there within the next 3-4 hours with your game faces on! See ya then.
