I’d like to do a mostly attack focused deck with 1 stamina/defense combo.

Parts I have:
Blades: Black shell, wizard rod, phoenix wing, viper tail, phoenix rudder, wyvern gale, sphinx cowl, shark edge, helm knight, dran sword, buster dran, hells hammer, silver wolf, whale wave, and impact drake.

Ratchets: 3-60, 3-80, 3-70, 9-60, 9-70, 9-80, 2-60, 1-80, 1-60, 4-60, 5-80, 5-70

Bits: rush, low rush, hexa, dot, ball, accel, spike, gear flat, gear ball, free ball, flat, low flat, needle, glide

Take what I say with a massive dose of salt, as I'm not very experienced at tournaments yet.

But, at first glance I'd say these:

Phoenix Wing 9-60 Rush or Low Rush
Shark Edge 2-60 Low Flat or Low Rush
Wizard Rod 5-70 Gear Ball or Free Ball
