I would rather go for the Tank, it should be noted however, that BD145 in normal mode is very risky if you aren't confident in shooting with attack types, as it can floor scrape.

MF LLD 90RF is still really good too however.

Rock as alright attack. It can be used in MF Rock _____ 100/CH125 RF
IIRC, that's a pretty good combo for a Rock based attack type.
