Unforunately, Rock Leone 145WB is outclassed in all categories.

There is a list of parts you should get in this forum as well as a 'MFB Tiers List'

Other better defense types include Basalt Horogium, and Hell Kerbecs' BD145, which is top-tier at the moment.

You would want to buy a Hell Kerbecs and put BD145 on Meteo.
MF Meteo L-Drago BD145RF for attack.
Meteo is not the greatest defence wheel but you can put a CS on Meteo to make an ok combo. You can get CS by buying Ray Unicorno.

MF Meteo L-Drago BD145CS. (I actually have not tested this combo but I'm guessing it would be good)

I don't know about Meteo for defense but for attack...I suggest you to build Meteo LDrago CH120XF...Dan's Maximum Meteor...

I agree with BeybladerPotter, but still, WB is now completely outclassed. I am not good at recommending tracks, but I think that D125 will perform a bit better than 105 in some cases. WD was never as good for Defense at least. MB is the bottom you can use. But its believed it works good only with the tank.

Janstarblast: WB is still a better option for defense than other useless tips out there....Hasbro's WD has some defense too..from what I heard..though there are other bottoms out there...
zode76: I just suggest you to get an CS....But...if you really want, use WB for pure defense and a tiny-weensy attack..(Unless you're WB is not aggressive like mine.) and use WD for defense with stamina.
