It has good Grip with the floor making it good for Defense.(Even better than WB)
You mean defence, aquilaz112. But yeah, good grip. Though, I think low track defence combos use it better, as they're much harder to lift (like lightning does), so they can maintain the grip even if they're on the thunder ridge. So, wb Might be better in your case. Sorry I can't be more help, I haven't seen testing at 145 for rf.

That said, I wouldn't use a mint or prime rf, a more worn one would be better, and mint/prime rf's should be saved for attack combos

LLD 100rf for attack, needs a metal face, and ch120 would be more versatile.
Earth bull 100sd (or wd if you have it?) For stamina. 145 is an alternative. There are better combo's now, using the 100 track it's still excellent though.

I just made Earth Aquario 100 RF,it spon half way around the dish went to the middle and stopped in about 10 seconds..showed no defence or attack properties what-so-ever.
In a dish it won't work you know.
Just try it in a stadium and this time spin an attack bey also so that You can look if it gets knocked out.

There's a problem with you RF as This video clearly shows RF is stronger in Defense.
