But if you mean Pre-HWS Beys then yes , but you can't put the clear wheel of metal fusion beys on pre-hws beys

Rock is definately better than Storm in attack.

Rock and Pegasis were known when Storm was on the list, and the Italians were using the other two.

In fact, Pegasis was on the list when Storm was.

Earth Bull 145/100WD/SD (Top-tier. If you are going to use WD then use 145, if you're using SD then use 100.)

Not pretty sure about the defence and attack so, correct me if there's anything wrong.

Stat's do not mean anything in the game. All those combo's you listed up there are pretty bad(No offense.) These should be you're Combo's:
Attack: Rock _______ 105RF.(Mediocre. Change Metal Wheel to Lightning or Vulcan Track to 85/90/100.)
Defense: Dark Bull C145WB.(Mediocre. MW to Earth, Track to GB145, Bottom to RS/RSF/CS
Stamina: Flame Bull 145SD.(Mediocre. Change Metal Wheel to Burn/Earth)

Uhm Trygle's AR on Dragoon G would probably be your best and only option for attack....though calling it good is a stretch.
Dragoon G's AR with Draciel G/Dragoon G's weight disk and Draciel S's base (right spin) would be a bad, but useable defense combo.
