Defense: Earth Eagle 145B (Bad. Add MF/MF-H, Bull/Aquario/Gasher, R145/GB145 and RS/RSF/CS for Top-Tier.)
Stamina: Earth Eagle 145WD (Good. Add Bull/Aquario/Gasher for Top-Tier.)
BTW, I'm not completely sure Gasher (Hasbro Cancer) is Top-Tier. I've heard it's a good alternative though.

Could you make the best ones without repeating parts please, also when you put things like 145/100sd can you say which is better of the two please. And why is ch120 a good track for an attack type? I thought the lower the track the better when used on an attack type?

Well, 100 beats 145, 145 beats 230, 230 beats 100(85 is better than 100)

For attack types, it's about finding a height that's provides a good contact point.
