defence:mf-h earth bull c145/gb145/230 rsf/cs (top tier)
stamina:burn/earth bull/aquario 90/ad145/230 wd (top tier)
man any way combos with r145 are pretty bad
spin stealer:mfmeteo l drago r145 wd believe me it can spin steal 230 or 85

Actually, R145 has use in GP R145RF and is currently the heaviest wheel to date. DO not post if you have no idea what your talking about. Even with the recoil it produces it is still a goodpart Anyway why would I downgrade Vulcan? Meteo can STEAL spin it can only share spin it works well on 85 height but seriously its no better than MF Meteo L-Drago 90/100WD/R2F

Yes, R145 through my testing is an excellent part ^^ I do prefer GB145 though, and R145 for attack... which reminds me. can i use R145 in MF Pegasis 145RF? im not sure if this goes here though. its kind of related but yeah.

Spintracks: 145, 105 Performance Tips: RF ( Rubber Flat) HF/S (Hole Flat/Sharp) Sorry but they are parts of Leone, Aquario and Pegasus. Earth first mold is Top tier while Earth Second mold just scores a "Very good".

WD is an excellent stamina part, However, I'm not sure it surpasses in defence compared to MS. MS isn't good, but I'm positive it weighs more than WD.
