Ok so this is what i did.....i took the bottom 2 pieces of storm aquario(spin track 100 and performance tip hf/s) and i switched them withthe 2 bottom pieces of lightning l-draco.
I think that made it a lot better.

HF/S is the tallest bottom in the game and HF is shorter so you basically just shortened your bey like a millimeter.*Sigh*

Generally. Unless it's a destabilizer. And as for storm, the best track is 100, not 90. I think those are the 2 exceptions.

For defense, rock___ c145 and for the tip... Hm.. You don't really have any great defensive types...
From the parts you have, I'd say use s, but you really should get an earth aquila, rock leone, or dark bull (for wd, wb, or sd).
