Hey. Im working on a great costom for defense and stamina (in metal fusion defense and stamina are excellent and rule) but idk wat spin track or preformance tip i shud use. I have the following beys: Pegasis w/ gold wings, storm aquario, rock aquario, rock leone, rock aires, and flame sagitario. Wat shud i use???

i had a storm pegasis bb-28b and i switched the spin track to 100 performance tip to hf and noticed it gained som stamina but did it lose power?
