Um... Cancer is a clear wheel and should work fine on any attack combo (HWS)?

Hm, 100 and WF, hah. Storm is for Attack, so you would still need an Attack Bottom.

Storm____ 100F (Mediocre. Replace F with RF to build a Top-Tier Attack combo)
Lightning L Drago CH120 F (Mediocre. Replace F with RF to build a Top-Tier Attack combo)
Lightning L Drago 100 F (Mediocre. Add a Metal Face and replace F with RF to build a Very Good Attack combo)

Defense:
Earth Bull C145/ED145 WD (Decent/Okay. Add a Metal Face to build a Top-Tier Defense combo. WB is also preferred over WD as a Defense Bottom)

Storm Pegasis 105RF for the RF bottom to use on the two Attack combos I suggested.
Rock Leone 145WB (for the WB Bottom to use on the Defense combos).
If you can order online, you should purchase a pack or two of Metal Faces, they are essential for Defense combos and high recoil Attack combos.

Dark is a Wheel that is outclassed in pretty much any way, so there's no point using it.
Rock could be used for Defense based combos, but since you already own Earth (which is far more better in terms of Defense than Rock) there is pretty much no point in using Rock.
