For defense, Flame is not good. Also, if you want to claim things like that, you need tests with ideal conditions to support your statement.

Bad. FS in itself is not that good a Bottom, and "Flame Sagittario 145" is too ordinary.

Frowny's got a point there. 145 continually trumps DF145 in tests for me. Also, couldn't he try Burn Pegasis 100RF for Attack? Diamond's custom was with Capricorne and 90, so I'm basing it off of that.
