No. Lightning LDrago works better as a direct Smash Attacker, making the most contact with the opposing metal wheel is better. 100 puts it too low to do that against all top tier defense tracks (GB145, C145).

If you are looking for an ultimate Beyblade, this is it. I found it rather interesting to note that it can withstand attackers, kill smashers and outspin Stamina types.
