I have recently purchased a Torch Gemios for the tip CS (Hasbro). I am wondering why it is classified as a top tier attack tip. Can you also tell me how you can make it more aggressive?

It really depends on the CS tip. Hasbro are more known to be aggressive. There isnt any way to make them more aggressive. CS is generally used more for Defense or Balance types. And CS is the only good part off torch gemios.

Add an MF, and Exchange GB145 for BD145 and you have a killer defence combo

You can't put WD on BD145. Scrape City. Swap that for CS.

I obviously would add R145, if I could. But it does add some recoil to the already-super-high-recoil rock

Gravity D125/R145 RF/R2F will be better i think. For defense, Twisted_______ 230 CS will do well. For stamina, Twisted_______230 D will be good too.
But he can make different combos from it. He wont be gluing together the parts 
There are different options available was what i meant to say. And depending on situation, stamina or defense can begiven priority
