You can use the Uranus or Horogium clear wheel in the Attack combo that BeybladePants suggested.
Use MF-M on Duo Aquario 230 MB instead. Even though the difference is minimal, MF-M gives the combo a little more centralized balance, giving it a better chance of wobbling its opponent and not destabilizing itself. It also helps if your MB is used and worn to get its aggressive movement. Every little bit helps.
As for other combos you can use:
Defense: MF(-H) Wing/Basalt Aquario/Cancer 90 RS
Anti-Attack: MF(-H) Diablo Unicorno II W105 R2F/RF

But for Samurai Pegasis, since crystal wheels like Samurai have no competitive value, you would want another chrome wheel to synchrome.

If you want the most RAW stamina in a combo, go for
MF-F(L) Phantom Cygnus/Hades/Cancer B: D
Spin time is maxed out at IIRC 9 min? Averages are around 4-5 though.

You should remove screw pegasis. Hell kerbecs bd145eds is a stamina type. Change ad145 to bd145 on death lynx. Remove l-drago destroy. Remove rock pisces t125wd.

Also ; not really a good combo - he has flash , blitz, etc. making it possible to create a great attack combo ...

AD145 WD is the norm. I'd suggest getting a good B: D mold, W145, or Duo, Cygnus 160 and PD for a maxed out stamina powerhouse.

Gargole Dragooon BD145EWD. You might ask "Won't it scrape?" You can actually raise up the disk so it won't scrape. I'm not sure if it's legal though.

I think the reason behind him wondering about its legality, is because for example , perseus fits onto cloud, but is not legal .
