while not a full 'balance type', the closest you can make is Basalt bull 230 CS

Destabalizers are horribly outdated and don't really work anymore.
And Basalt Bull/Aquario 230CS for defense. BD145 MIGHT work better, 230 and BD145 are kind of equal from what I've heard. For stamina, Earth Bull/Aquario DF145SD
