You should use the purchase consultation thread (use the search titles function for this) but to answer your question the Master Diabolos string Launcher or the Cho-z Achilles launcher should work well for you.

Is Ev' a good attack driver? I am torn between rL Ev' 3A and rL Jt 3A. I do not have jolt'.

Ev’ fully awakened is pretty good but I would go with Jolt because it is easy to create a flower pattern with.
