You should use the purchase consultation thread (use the search titles function for this) but to answer your question the Master Diabolos string Launcher or the Cho-z Achilles launcher should work well for you.

Is Ev' a good attack driver? I am torn between rL Ev' 3A and rL Jt 3A. I do not have jolt'.

Ev’ fully awakened is pretty good but I would go with Jolt because it is easy to create a flower pattern with.

Would a painted 4 cross be better than an unpainted 00 cross for Perfect Phoenix? Or 4 cross vs 0cross Lord Spriggan Xt+? And what makes some disks have higher burst resistance, like painted ones and blitz?
