Hasbro Bearing is really tight, so you should use Spryzen Requiem S3 00Wall Bearing.
Don't care about burst resistance I need to maximize lad.

Hasbro Bearing is pretty much the same as TT Bearing.

No POM.

No POM.
The POM doesn’t change the LAD much.

Ok.
If you are going for pure LAD (or precession), isn't bJ3.00wall.bearing the best combo?

Jinnius is recommended for collection purposes only.

Im using Pp outer Xt+. But lost with storm pegasis Xt+. The rest mostly win. Using  defense mode only. Change stamina mode when needed

Don't have Balkesh, but isn't weight important in lad?

Weight distribution (like OWD) is what determines LAD, not necessarily weight/mass of the combo alone. If you needed maximum LAD, pP.Outer.Xt+/Et is your best bet (just make sure the Armor can be removed early to mid-battle for best effect)

Isn't Archer Hercules better then Perfect Phoenix? It has more stamina I think.

But, in terms of OWD pP still owns aH plus the Armor gimmick that can potentially hinder other Beys (especially those with large protrutions underneath, on the Drivers). With the Armor, pP can destabilize other Beys while retaining stamina, without the Armor it can last longer (at the correct timing of Armor removal) and avoid spin equalization combos from working efficiently due to its shape.

Main weakness probably of pP.Outer.Xt+/Et is simply its inability to negate KO from fast tanks, but if it manages to survive, then it's a take-away Spin Finish for pP (most of the time).

Of course you still take into consideration the mold differences and potential weight/balance differences of each part, so even if it's a pP vs pP with the same exact combo, those factors can add/subtract winning chances.

Pretty dang sure I saw bladekid posting results of battles between B3.0W.Br vs bJ3.0E.Br (or maybe it was 00 on both beys) and bJ3 had like 80% win rate despite having expand.

What mold(s) would be ideal in a mirror match?

A mould that would keep the armor on for as long as possible in the battle, and/or an extremely heavy version of the armor.
Can someone build me some combos with these layers:

LS, pP , jD, czS or ZD (can only use jD or the other)

Zwei Longinus Sting Xtreme' 滅 works really well as a KO Attacker against both Left and Right Beys, including dedicated KO Defense Beys, so you might only need one attacker.
Hell Salamander 00 Wall Bearing works well as a Spin-Steal combo in Defense Mode, but you have to watch out to make sure another Left-Spin Bey isn't up against this.
As for another Defense/Stamina combo, I'd say Arc Balkesh 0 Bump Atomic might work out, so you'd be going with an all-out Left-Spin team.
If you want some alternatives, Judgement Valkyrie Blitz Xtreme' 滅 works well if you want to Burst things, and Dead Hades Blitz Xtreme' works as a KO Attacker that mainly beats Left-Spin combos.

Dang, very spicy combos. If only X' doesn't get too worn down easily, I'd have used that instead

For right and left attack combos both Judgment and Zwei as recommended by Citrus would work pretty well.

Hell Salamander Bearing is great against right spin too, although you need to be careful of the burst risk (make sure you weak launch against right spin combos)

I dont see a lot of options for right spin stamina, but maybe Spryzen S4 or Forneus F4 with 0 Bump Atomic can work?

Agree with L spin attacker (Zwei) and R spin attacker (Judgment)

Problem with weak launches for Bearing is the KO resistance, be sure to actually launch away from the pocket and on a slant especially against aggressive combos for Judgment/czA (this is so that Bearing will have better traction when being hit hard from launch, enough to have some brake and avoid easily being flung into a pocket). The spin equalization should then let it absorb more than half the impact and translate it to more spin energy to right itself up into upright position.

Right spin defense/stamina can simply be Archer Hercules/Perfect Phoenix.00Cross/Outer.Xtend+/Eternal

Left spin defense/stamina are basically Spriggan line on either Bearing, Xtend+, or Atomic (but Destroy' can work too, even though it's for Attack)
Can someone build me a combo for PP and Imperfect Phoenix? The theme is to use Phoenix based layer and the disc and driver anything can be used. Noted that I will against another PP and IP so hope that can find a combo that can beat other PP

If you're up against another PP, they would most likely use Xtend+

PP 0 Bump Atomic is actually able to beat its Xtend+ variant quite consistently
