Which is better leviathan orochi 160sb or bd145wd (hasbro material)

Considering BD145 isn't in Boost Mode, it wouldn't work too well with WD and 160 SB isn't great in general. Orochi isn't the best wheel to be paired with Leviathan, too.

Neither are too good.

Leviathon Dragooon can be put with SA165EWD, Bahamoote Ifraid can be put with SA165R2F, and Bahamoote Dragooon can be put with BD145R2F. You'd really need to list all your parts to see if you have anything worthwhile.

by "down" do you mean atk mode?

Yes he means Attack mode. The disk will be facing "downwards" so it kind of looks like a skirt.
