The only Dragooon combos with notable performance against opposite-spin that even attack at all are Genbull Dragooon T125GCF, and Wyvang Dragooon BD145GF.

MF-H Duo Cancer SA165 MB would be your best anti-sway.
You don't really have any defense tips so you can use the same setup or Revizer Dragooon SA165 MB.
That's what I saw
Or Dragooon for defense and anti-sway since you'd have to use left spin. Even then it probably wouldn't get swayed
