You did not mention weather or not you had access to MF or MF-H, so if you do, obviously use those. I was very surprised you did not have access to BD145, those would be helpful.

I have a Burning Firestrike stadium, R2F doesn't have good stamina in there are there any other performance tips better than R2F

Try MF it has attack power and stamina.

L Drago Destroy BD145MF is/was one popular combo, so you might give it a try.
