Along what Izhkoort suggested, you can use

Stamina: Earth Virgo/Cancer 100 WD/DF145 WD/230 SD (Though you're mostly going to use 100 WD because its a decent Anti-Spin Stealer.)
Spin Stealer/Equalizer: Gravity Perseus CH120/D125/TR145/ED145 WD/W2D (Mainly opposite spin of opponent, except against Meteo L-Drago combos) (If your CH120 is working and can change heights, then use CH120. If not, try the other tracks that I've listed.)

Much better Combos than that!

I don't think the combos I made are worst for the following reasons:
Attack: I know D125 was used for attack but I preferred to use DF145 because is more similar to W145
Defense: I didn't make any Defense Combo because he hasn't any defensive tip (even plastic ones)
Stamina: I choose TR145 because is better for lower attackers, reducing recoil (I would choose AD145 over TR145 if he had one)

I actually disagree, I like one of his customs a bit better: MF-H Wing [Ironclad] ___ 90RSF. I've always preferred Wing on low tracks to Duo since customs tend to "slide"/"hop" over Wing due to its shape. I'd change the clear wheel to Susanow, though, since it's a bit smoother.

It's far from perfect, but I think it's one of his better options at the moment.

EDIT: Wait, wouldn't Duo on 90 scrape lol
