XD has never had any use. Not in BB10 or Zero G. CH120 XF was out way before 4D was.

Is m145 any good on flash? Or is it outclassed by h145, gb145, s130,ect.?

You can KO a bit with Flash M145Q if you're good, but it'd silly to use that over any of the more efficient Tracks you listed.

I think you'd be better off using Escolpio(Scorpio)/Orion/Pisces to expose Flash's contact points to their fullest.

Yep, though, different people will tell you certain Tracks are better. Just use what you do best with (even if that means using M145, lol).
