XTS Beyblades don't count as Beys as they're uncustomizable, and if you could please specify which Meteo L-Drago you have, it would help us as well.

Yes, but Duo is better for defense. What's wrong with repeating parts anyways? It's better to have 2 good ones rather than having 1 good combo and 1 decent combo.
